How We Use the Personal Data We Collect
Use of personal information: Xpeedic uses your personal information: (a) to create, maintain, customize, and secure your or your employing entity's account(s) with us. (b) to respond to your correspondence, including using email, SMS, and social media platforms. ; (c) to help you complete a transaction or order; (d) to provide updates on service and benefits; (e) to personalize our website for your needs; (f) to provide advertising, promotions or newsletters regarding Xpeedic products and services to you online or by email; (g) to conduct market research to help us better meet our customers’ needs; (h) to obtain your feedback on Xpeedic products or services you have purchased; (i) for fraud detection and information security purposes; (j) to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding; and (k) for payment and order processing. Whenever we collect credit card numbers or other financial data, such information will be encrypted, will only be used for payment processing and will not be retained for other purposes.

Use of combined personal data: Xpeedic may sometimes combine your personal information with online usage information and/or software usage information to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can better serve our customers. This combined data will be used only for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Online advertising: We partner with trusted third parties to manage Xpeedic advertising on other websites. These partners use cookies to collect information about your activities on Xpeedic’s website, so that we can provide you advertising for Xpeedic products and services that are relevant to your interests. Fulfill a Legal Obligation: Xpeedic may use your personal data as necessary to comply with and fulfill legal obligations. (a) to identify you for compliance purposes, including usage, export and licensing; (b) to detect, investigate and prevent activity we think may be potentially illegal, unlawful or harmful; (c) to identify you and verify that both the Services and your or your employing entity's use of the Services are appropriately licensed. As permitted by applicable law if we believe that any Services are unlicensed, we may also share data with other companies and organizations to counter software theft, as well as with law enforcement or other regulatory bodies.
With your Consent: (a) to provide personalized, targeted, or location-based content, services, and advertising from us, our Affiliates or Partners; (b) to promote our Services or the services of our Partners; (c) as described to you when collecting your Personal Data.

In particular, depending on the products and/or services you use, the following are categories of information that are disclosed, and the steps we take to limit the manner in which your personal information is used:
We may provide contact information, to direct mail and other similar organizations, for the purposes of sending you information that you have agreed to receive. These companies may only use your information to perform functions on behalf of Xpeedic, as defined by the relevant service agreements.
We may provide contact and employment information of registered users, to business partners, for identifying user interest in particular products and services. Business partners will only use such information as described in our agreement with them and will only contact you with your permission.
We may provide contact information, software usage, employment information, browsing history, and referral information, to business partners, so they may fulfil customer requests. In certain cases, we may contact users annually to confirm your desire to continue receiving information, and you may otherwise opt out as described further below.
We may provide contact information, employment information, and license privileges of users of certain tools, to business customers, for purposes of identifying to whom software products should be distributed. Information is only shared with those customers to whom you have licensed their software product, and Xpeedic is under a contractual obligation to provide the list of users to those business partners, for use of the software.
How We Use Cookies & Similar Technologies

As you navigate any of the Sites, we and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your computer or mobile device over time and across different websites, as mentioned above.

For example, when you receive an email from Xpeedic, it may contain a click-through URL that links to a Xpeedic web page. If you click the link, Xpeedic will track your visit to help us learn about your preferences for products and services and improve our customer service. A web beacon is a transparent graphic image embedded in a website or in an email. We use pixel tags in emails to find out whether an email has been opened. You can unsubscribe from the Xpeedic mailing list at any time if you do not want to be tracked in this manner.

How We Store, Process and Protect Your Personal Data
Storage and processing of your personal data: In principle, the personal data we collect and generate within the territory of the PRC will be stored within the territory of the PRC. However, as a company with cross-border business, your personal data collected by Xpeedic may be processed or accessed in the country/region where you use our products and services or in other countries/regions where Xpeedic or its affiliates, service providers or business partners have a presence. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such circumstances, Xpeedic will take measures to ensure that data is processed as required by this Policy and applicable laws.
Data Retention: We will retain your personal data as part of your individual customer record for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law. After that time, your record will be inactivated and then deleted in accordance with Xpeedic’s data retention practices. We may retain personal data associated with orders, quotes, or other official business records for a longer period of time as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security: Xpeedic puts in place appropriate physical, electronic and organizational measures to safeguard and secure your data. These measures follow generally accepted industry standards both during transmission and once it is received. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmission to our website.
Data compromise: In the event that your personal data under our control is compromised, Xpeedic will investigate the situation and take all steps required by applicable law. This includes notification of the competent data protection authority where applicable, and when appropriate notification of those individuals whose personal data may have been compromised. Xpeedic may take other steps in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Children's Personal Data: Our websites, products and services are primarily intended for adults. Minors under 14 years of age (collectively “Child”) are not allowed to create their own user account. Child must not create a Xpeedic account without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, we will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. If we accidentally collect a child's personal data without verified prior consent from the child's parents, we will attempt to delete the data as soon as possible.
Your Rights and Choices About Your Personal Data
You have certain rights with respect to your personal data, including: the right to information about the personal data we store about you, the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate, and the right to object, on grounds relating your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data. Opting out of collection of personal information: You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information to Xpeedic, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some features of our website and we may not be able to communicate with you about Xpeedic products and services. In addition, personal information may be required to determine access eligibility for certain restricted parts of our website.
Opting out of collection of online usage information: Your browser or mobile device may allow you to delete and disable cookies. Opting out of Xpeedic emails: You may choose to opt out of receiving marketing emails from Xpeedic, including newsletters and promotions by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email or by contacting support@xpeedic.com. However, please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or special offers. If you opt out of marketing emails, we may continue to send you transaction or service-related emails about our business dealings with you to the extent required to establish, carry out or terminate such business dealings. We reserve the right to contact you for non-promotional purposes when we believe it is necessary, including where required by law.

Deletion of user content: To request thatXpeedic remove your user content or personal information from public areas of our website, contact support@xpeedic.com. In some instances, we may not be able to remove your user content or personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. In addition, such information may continue to be available online even after it is removed from our website.
You also have the right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

This Policy is effective as of the date stated at the start of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting the revised statement on our website and updating the date the statement was last revised.
